What is a Phone Number Report?
The Phone Numbers Report allows you to view and manage enrollee phone numbers within the platform. Follow the steps below to access and utilize this report effectively.
Accessing the Phone Numbers Report
Navigate to the Reports Tab:
- Via the left navigational menu, click on the Reports tab.
Open the Phone Numbers Report:
- From the Reports page, select the Phone Numbers tab.
Understanding the Phone Numbers Report
Once you've accessed the Phone Numbers Report, you’ll see a comprehensive list of all enrollees along with their associated phone numbers. The report includes the following details:
- Enrollee Name: The name of the enrollee associated with the phone number.
- Phone Number: The actual phone number listed for the enrollee.
- Phone Type: The type of phone (e.g., mobile with app, landline, mobile without app).
- Disabled Status: Indicates if the phone number is currently disabled.
- Primary Number: Shows whether the listed number is the enrollee's primary contact number.
- Assigned User: The user assigned to the enrollee.
- Additional Information: Other relevant details pertaining to the enrollee's phone number.
Filtering the Report
To narrow down the list or find specific entries:
- Click on the Search button.
- Enter your desired criteria (e.g., phone type, enrollee name) to filter the results.
Exporting the Report
If you need to export the report for offline use or further analysis:
- Click on the Export button.
- An Excel report will automatically download.
This functionality allows you to easily manage, review, and extract phone number data for your enrollees.
