Android and iOS Device Minimum Version Requirements

Both Android and iOS devices must meet minimum operating system requirements to download and use the EnrolleeApp.

iOS Devices (Apple iPhone)

  • Minimum supported version: iOS 16.3

  • Compatibility: All iOS versions newer than 16.3 are supported.

Android Devices

  • Minimum supported version: Android 8.0 (Oreo, SDK 26)

  • Effective date: September 26, 2025

  • This requirement ensures compliance with Google Play Store standards and provides improved security, stability, and performance.

  • This update also includes enhancements to voice verification accuracy and functionality.
