How to Get Enrolled?

In order for you to utilize the EnrolleeAPP, you must first be added to the ShadowtrackONE Web Platform by your Officer. Your Officer will choose the start time and date as well as how you will be monitored. Once you are added, you will receive an automated text message that indicates your enrollee ID and password. The text will also include a link to detailed videos that explain how to enroll in the EnrolleeAPP.


You are not allowed to log out of the mobile app while on the program. Logging out will result in a violation

Downloading the EnrolleeAPP and Enrollment Instructions

The EnrolleeAPP is available for both Android and iPhone.
See below for a video or written instructions explaining the process to download and log into the mobile app and record the voice enrollment.

Written Instructions

  1. Go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and download the EnrolleeAPP mobile app. Click Install.
    1. Please click on the following link that matches what type of cellular device you have and download the application:
      1. Google Play Store: Click Download
      2. Apple App Store: Click Download
  2. Once the app is downloaded onto the mobile device, select Open.
  3. You are required to allow the EnrolleeAPP to use and confirm your location. Select Allow While Using App or select OK.
  4. You are required to allow the EnrolleeAPP to access Motion & Fitness or Physical Activity. Select Allow.
  5. You are required to allow the EnrolleeAPP to locate Bluetooth Devices. Select Allow.
  6. You are required to allow the EnrolleeAPP to send notifications. Select Allow.
    1. Failure to do so will result in notifications stating you have logged out of the EnrolleeAPP.
  7. You are required to allow the EnrolleeAPP to send critical alerts to your cellular device while on the program. Click Allow.
  8. For Android devices, you are required to allow the EnrolleeAPP to send notifications when your phone is in Do Not Disturb. Select OK, and enable this permission by selecting the toggle button.
  9. When complete, the following message will appear "Please be sure your banners under notifications for this app are set to persistent, the sound on your device is on, and the sound for this app under notification is on to remain compliant." Select OK.
  10. You will need your Enrollee ID and Password to log into the app. This will be received in an automated detailed text. Or select the "Need Credentials?" button and enter your mobile number.
  11. You will be required to update the location setting on your phone to Always Allow.
  12. Return to the mobile app and select Login.
  13. You are required to take a live photo. Once OK is selected, the camera on the device will automatically open.
  14. You are required to grant the EnrolleeAPP access to their camera while using the app. Select OK.
  15. Proceed to take the photo. Please remember the following:
    1. Your whole face must be completely inside the oval on the screen. If the oval is showing red, adjust your face to fit within the oval until it displays green.
    2. Your head must face the camera directly with full face in view
    3. You must have a natural facial expression or a natural smile with both eyes open
    4. You must be fully clothed
    5. You cannot be wearing sunglasses, a hat or head covering, headphones or wireless hands-free devices, nor facial masks of any kind during the photo
  16. Next you will be required to complete the voice enrollment if you have not yet completed one. Make sure there is no background noise and complete the steps verification by following the screens on the mobile device. Hit START.
  17. You will need to provide the EnrolleeAPP access to the microphone. Select OK.
  18. Start the voice enrollment process by pressing the orange button when ready. You will be required to repeat three different phrases.
  19. Enrollment is complete and you are now active in the EnrolleeAPP.
During monitoring, you can expect to receive alerts with instructions via the mobile app within the schedule your Officer has set.
If utilizing TextNow or similar WiFi service, you will receive your login credentials text when connected to WiFi. You can then install the EnrolleeAPP and complete your enrollment. The EnrolleeAPP will function as normal anytime you are connected to WiFi. 
WIFI Router Provided in the Office
An enrollment cannot be completed by an enrollee using the office router. An error message will appear.
