ShadowCuff Alarms in Devices Tab

Accessing the Alarms Dashboard

To access the alarms dashboard:

1. Select the Devices tab on the main navigational menu,
   
2. Then select the Alarms sub tab
   

Dashboard Features 

The alarm dashboard give you an overview of all alarms in any state, for your entity and any other sub entity you may have access to. The alarm dashboard displays and features the following:

1. Indicators that display the total number and status of each active alarm depending upon if it is pending, ignored, alarm, or cleared
2. All active, pending, and resolved alarms on three sub tabs
   
3. Ability to filter by alarm type and enrollee
   
4. Ability to sort columns according to date, type, enrollee status, operator, or assigned user
   
5. Ability to view a timeline of each alarm. The timeline displays additional information including:
   
1. the enrollee's location when the alarm was triggered
   
2. Ability to filter the enrollees location history for the entire day the alarm was triggered
3. the current information for the hardware which includes the activated date, last location date, last comm date, and the battery level
   
4. charging history
   
5. ability to export location history
6. Enrollee's name
   
7. Last communication Date/time 
   
8. Battery level of the hardware
9. The enrollee's location when the alarm was triggered
   
10. Ability to suspend alarms
