Upon receiving an alert, you should promptly tap on it, whether in your phone’s main notification dock or via the bell icon within the EnrolleeApp. Follow these steps carefully:

- Next, hold the button on the BACtrack Mobile Pro device. This button is located beneath the mouthpiece used to blow into the device. When pressed a blue light will appear. Next, a message will appear while the results are uploaded and shortly afterward you will see a confirmation the test is complete.

Detecting the Blue Light
The app is looking to detect the blue light on the device. If any of the following occurs, it can result in a non compliant test:
The blue light must be on during tests. To turn this on you needs to hold the button on the side of the device when taking a test
The blue light must be visible in the camera view while taking the test. To be sure the light is detected, you should:
Hold the device straight and directly in the camera during the test
Fully charge the device so the blue light is not dim or hard to see
Turn on lights when in a dim or dark room during the test so the light is visible
Avoid an exceptionally bright or sunlit area that could interfere with the visibility of the light during the test
Different lighting can also affect the color of the light which can cause a non compliance. The app is looking specifically for a blue light.
