How to Refresh the EnrolleeApp
If the EnrolleeApp is not functioning as expected, you can follow the steps below to refresh the app on both Android and iOS devices.
Android:
Note: Do not uninstall the app.- Open the EnrolleeApp.
- Tap on the Three Dots in the upper left corner.
- Tap on Log Out.
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Scroll down and tap on Apps.
- Find and tap on EnrolleeApp.
- Tap on Storage.
- Tap on Clear Cache.
- Tap on Clear Data.
- Power your phone off briefly and turn it back on.
- Open the EnrolleeApp and log in.
Note: After logging back in, it may take a few moments for all features to resume normal operation.iOS:
Note: Do not uninstall the app.- Open the EnrolleeApp.
- Tap on the Three Dots in the upper left corner.
- Tap on Log Out.
Open your Recently Used Apps:
- If your phone has a home button, double tap the home button.
- If your phone does not have a home button, swipe up from the bottom to the middle of the screen and hold until the app cards appear.
- Scroll left or right to find the EnrolleeApp and swipe up to close it.
- Power your phone off briefly and turn it back on.
- Open the EnrolleeApp and log in.
