Adding a Support Email Within the EnrolleeApp

Support Email Overview

This feature allows Tenant Admins to change the support email address listed in the EnrolleeApp under Support. Otherwise, the email address defaults to Shadowtrack's support email address, support@shadowtrack.com. 

Entering a Support Email for Your Entity

Please see the instructions below to enable the support email feature for your entities and sub-entities.

  1. Go to the entity profile page
  2. Select the Settings tab
  3. Select the Service Setting tab
  4. Select the Mobile tab
  5. Scroll down to the General box
  6. Enter the Support Email Address in the box provided
  7. Press Save under the Mobile tab
Only one support email address can be added per entity.







How To Access Support From Within The EnrolleeApp

  1. Open the EnrolleeApp
  2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner 
  3. Select Support
  4. A new email will open with the configured address.
