Unassigning/Deactivating the ShadowDevice

UnAssign Hardware From the Enrollee

  1. Search for the desired enrollee by name form the universal search
  2. Once on the enrollee profile, select the Hardware>Device tab
  3. Select the Actions button>Unassign Device
  4. Next, you will be prompted to select an Unassign Option
    1. Return to inventory - The hardware will be returned to your available inventory and can be assigned to another enrollee
    2. Out of Service - The hardware will be moved to your out of service inventory. You will not be able to assign it to an enrollee. 
      1. Select an Out of Service Reason and enter detailed notes
  5. Select Save. The Device Communication section is now blank, the hardware has been unassigned
The device will automatically become inactive as soon as it is un assigned from the enrollee
