Restart (Reboot) ShadowDevice

To Reboot the ShadowDevice:

  1. Hold the button on the front of the device
  2. You will feel a vibration, keep holding until you hear a ding sound
  3. Release the button.
  4. The device will restart itself

The ShadowDevice should be rebooted if:

  1. It stops reporting tracking data for an enrollee
  2. A new device is activated for the first time
  3. Each time the device is placed on a new enrollee and re activated
