Creating External Resources for Enrollees

The External Resources feature allows entities to enter  the URL for one or more websites the enrollee can access directly from their enrollee app. 

Adding a New Resource at the Entity Level

  1. Go to the entity profile you would like to add this resource for
  2. Select the Resources tab on the entity profile
  3. You will see the list of existing resources noted here. Select the New button to add a new resource
  4. Enter
    1. Resource name
    2. URL
    3. Phone Number
  5. Select Save

Enrollee Access

Once this is set up any enrollee associated with the entity will see a link to the website entered on the Resources button located on the home screen of the enrollee app.
