Clear Enrollment Photo
The enrollment photo can be cleared for the enrollee on the enrollee profile, to do so:
Search for the desired enrollee from the universal search field.
Once on the enrollee's profile, Select the Profile tab.
Next, go to the Basic Information section and select the Edit button.
Scroll down to the image and select the Clear Image button located next to the photo.
Select Save
The enrollee will automatically be prompted to reset their enrollment photo the next time they re-open the EnrolleeApp.
If "No Image Available" is displayed, an enrollment image was not uploaded. If "No Image Available" is not seen, but there is no photo displayed, an error retrieving the image may have occured. Select "Edit" and click "Clear Image" and "Save". This will prompt the enrollee to submit another enrollment photo when the EnrolleeApp is opened again.
Enrollment Photo Settings
Ensure a facial enrollment photo is required in settings.
Search for the desired enrollee from the universal search field.
Once on the enrollee's profile, click on the Service tab.
Click the Settings tab.
Ensure that the Facial Image Not Required is set to no.
Yes, it indicates the enrollee's profile account does not need a photo.
The enrollee will be prompted to take an enrollment photo, and will be provided a facial outline to help them align their face properly. When the face is properly aligned, the outline will display as green and the photo is autocaptured. When the face is not properly aligned, the outline displays as red and a prompt will state "Ensure that your face is seen properly in the oval." Only what is displayed within the oval is captured and uploaded. This is true for facial enrollments, sobriety tests and facial verifications.
The enrollment photo is also displayed at the top of the enrollee's profile, to the left of their name and enrollee ID number.
