Assign a ShadowDevice Protocol to an Enrollee
Protocol Assignment Options
A Protocol should be assigned to the Enrollee so that someone is notified in the event of an Alarm.

You can only see protocols for your entity and any of your sub-entities.
Protocols can be assigned to enrollees in one of three ways:
In the enrollment wizard when creating the enrollee profile
On the enrollee Profile>Protocols Tab
Using a default Protocol that is automatically added when the enrollee profile is created

Assigning a Protocol to an Existing Enrollee
- Search for the Enrollee in the Search Bar. Go to the Enrollee's Profile and navigate to the Protocols tab.
- Select the Configure Protocol Group button to see a list of available Protocols
- Select the Assign button next to the Protocol to be assigned
- Select Done. You will now see the assigned protocol displayed on this tab
Default Protocol
Default protocols are created at the entity level. The protocol is automatically assigned to any new enrollee associated with the entity. For more details on creating default protocols for entities, please refer to the article
here- In the enrollment wizard you will notice the protocol is automatically assigned to the enrollee for you in step 5, via the protocols sub tab as shown below.
