Appointments Report

The Appointments Report is a crucial feature within our platform, enabling you to efficiently manage and review all scheduled appointments. This guide will walk you through accessing and utilizing the Appointments Report, as well as exporting the data for further analysis.

Accessing the Appointments Report

To access the Appointments Report, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Reports Tab:

    • Locate the left navigational menu on your dashboard.
    • Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Select the Appointments Tab:

    • Within the Reports section, find and click on the tab titled "Appointments".

Understanding the Appointments Report

Once you're in the Appointments tab, you will see a comprehensive list of all appointments with the following details:

  • Enrollee Name: The name of the enrollee associated with the appointment.
  • Internal ID: The enrollee's internal ID number designated for entities using caseload management integration. (VADOC/CORIS ID)
  • Entity: The entity the enrollee is under.
  • Assigned User: The user assigned of the enrollee.
  • Date/Time: The date and time for when the appointment is scheduled.
  • Duration: The length of the appointment.
  • Description: A brief description of the appointment.
  • Created by: The user who created the appointment.
  • Read Status: Indicates whether the appointment details have been read or not.


Deleting Appointments

Appointment entries can be deleted by selecting an entry and clicking "Delete" at the top left between the "Search" and "export" buttons. 

Exporting the Appointments Report

You have the option to export the Appointments Report for further analysis or record-keeping. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Click the Export Button:

    • Find and click on the Export button within the Appointments tab.
  2. Export Limitations:

    • Please note that exporting more than 20,000 rows is not allowed.
    • To manage this limitation, use the search criteria to filter and limit the number of rows in your report before exporting.
