Default Protocols for the ShadoWatch
What is a Default Protocol
Default protocols are ideal when multiple enrollees utilize the same ShadoWatch protocol. Default protocols are set at the entity level and once enabled, the default protocol is automatically assigned to a new enrollee during the 5 step enrollment process.

We do not recommend utilizing this feature if the enrollees under your entity plan to use different protocols based on risk levels or some other deciding factor. This is because only one default protocol is allowed per entity.
