Cancel an Appointment

What Happens When an Appointment is Cancelled?

When an appointment is canceled, the following occurs:

You cannot cancel an appointment in the past

1. The enrollee receives a push notification via the enrollee app notifying them the appointment was canceled
   
2. The appointment is removed from the enrollee's calendar and the user's POV in the application
   

How to Cancel the Appointment

1. Go to the desired Enrollee Profile
   
2. Go to the Calendar tab
   
3. Select the Trash Can icon next to the appointment you want to cancel
   
4. Select Proceed
   
5. The enrollee will receive a notification as soon as the cancellation is confirmed

VADOC Only: All appointment creations, modifications, cancellations, reminders, and recurrences will be added to CORIS Notes.
