Cancel an Appointment
What Happens When an Appointment is Cancelled?
When an appointment is cancelled, the following occurs:
You cannot cancel an appointment in the past
- The enrollee receives a push notification via the enrollee app notifying them the appointment was cancelled
- The appointment is removed from the enrollee's calendar and the user's POV in the application
How to Cancel the Appointment
- Go to the desired Enrollee Profile
- Go to the Calendar tab
- Select the Trash Can icon next to the appointment you want to cancel
- Select Proceed
- The enrollee will receive a notification as soon as the cancellation is confirmed
