Our new ShadowAgent is a tool for users to receive answers to a wide range of questions within the platform, providing customer support at reduced response times. All responses provided are found within the ShadowtrackONE Knowledge Base, ensuring that the information is directly correlated to the user's questions. Shadowtrack is constantly working on expanding and updating our Knowledge Base in order to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.  

To Access ShadowAgent:

  1. Click the green message bubble at the bottom right of any page within the ShadowtrackONE platform.
    1. A "ShadowAgent" window will appear.
    2. Select "Ask A Question" and type your question in the text field.
    3. ShadowAgent will pull all information related to your question from our Knowledge Base resources and provide an answer.
  2. The "Home" icon will show the most recently asked question and answer, as well as the "Ask A Question" button.
  3. The "Messages" icon will show a list of all previously asked question as well as how long ago for reference purposes.
